Julia Venghaus has been named the Principal at Bear Branch Junior High. She has been in education for 12 years and most recently was an assistant principal at the Conroe High School Ninth Grade Campus.
“I am honored and thrilled to be joining Magnolia ISD and am most excited about immersing myself in the community in which I live. I have a passion for working with students as they prepare for their next path in life and am looking forward to building new relationships to help ensure every student has the opportunity for success,” said Venghaus
She began her career as a math teacher at Peet Junior High in Conroe ISD and later as an algebra teacher at Conroe High School. Additionally, she has served as the summer school assistant principal and principal and has been in her current role since 2015.
Venghaus holds a Bachelor’s from Texas A&M, a Master’s of Education from Sam Houston State University, and is currently working on her Doctorate at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She looks forward to building relationships with staff, students, and parents and continuing the great things happening at Bear Branch Junior High.
